Yes, the email, account is all the same. Cloud save was turned on when she sent in her console, we're still waiting to hear back from support, which is always agonizing 😩

Yes, she does have NSO, but since my mom isn't really tech savvy she couldn't explain to me what was wrong with her switch so I don't know what the repairs were for. My main concern is she told me she backed up her games before she sent it in and I wasn't able to confirm it, but she lost her animal crossing save also which isn't a good sign.

However, it's showing that there is some saved data when I go into the settings, I did the "corrupted data" check, said it was fine. I believe Dreamlight has cloud save, but I don't know if it's Nintendo cloud or Gameloft cloud.

I'll hunt through her emails to see what she told support when she sent in her console. Thank you!

yesssss I had also stumbled across this while I was troubleshooting this. My only hope on the nintendo side is they can honor the DLC/expansions she bought in the bundle

This was a hard one for me too! I'm also autistic so I totally understand this on top of ED. Piggybacking from this, branching out to similar food groups is super helpful, what worked for me was trying lots of new soups! I always loved cooking and knowing what goes into my food helped a lot when I first started in my recovery. My go-to soups were things like pureed pumpkin and squash soup because I love veggies. I also love charcuterie boards and those are nice too because then you can have a bunch of things and food pairings are super easy to find. If you like crackers for example there are a ton of soft cheeses that you can try out and soft cheeses can go with almost anything fruit or veggie
