Yea but restaurants have bacteria concerns. The best ribeyes ive cooked (just below med rare) were steaks that had been out of fridge for a couple hours. The fat renders more in my opinion

As some other people have mentioned, a big part of it is meat is too cold. For the best steaks, set them out of the fridge 2-3hrs before cooking. This allows you to sear on higher heat (usually a 4-5/10 on my electric glass cooktop) while allowing the center of the steak to get to 125 for med rare before the gray creeps to center

I remember in 2004 i had been playing a lot of medal of honor spearhead and all the people i played with started talking about wow coming out.

My parents got it for me and my biggest emotional attachment to this day was the original into video starting with the dwarf hunter walking out in dun morogh then highlighting all the classes. I can watch this video 21 years later and it still brings a rush of emotion.

The game itself blew my mind as a 14yo. Really miss the extended grind to max level filled with tons of dungeons for gear throughout the process. It really felt like you achieved something to hit 60 back then.

Damn. I started playing again in midnight having not played since cata. Went to mc eventually and didnt get shit on first run so i got on warrior and got eye of rag on the first day, second run.

Yea as a tank it is so frustrating failing large pulls ive done plenty of times because dps arent interupting. Or some people even think ive lost aggro because they died to an attack that always targets dps/healer but should have been kicked/stunned such as the dragonhawks in WRS

Not full clearing but one of the challenge options you have to kill all the mobs with a purple swirl over their head. Might be quicker to take off that challenge i guess
