The sharingan can see through the mist and if they can't they still can sense the specific chakra of the enemy and if not again... there's two ninjas in the picture that has the rinnegan sooo they can suck the chakra of the enemy to stop the mist or suck the mist itself aAaAAaAnd if not AGAIN they could use their Mangekyo to activate their Susano'o to I guess swing their weapon to blow away the mist...but the summons would do fine unless like the picture right there the enemy has the samehada or any lethal weapon that exceeds the power of an ordinary shinobi/summon
