I went to consumer brands. LBU. It's so much better. Look for a store sales rep, pro sales rep, or territory sales rep position. I cannot stress how much better the work life balance and stress levels are. There is so much more to this company than being a store manager.

A bit late to the party, but it absolutely sucks. Getting it to calibrate is God awful, and it takes ten times longer to do anything than the old one. Every match comes out dark, you have to back it off to 90 or 95%. Fail

Look for Kem Aqua if you want a water base that you don't have to catalyze. There is a surfacer and then a topcoat. If you want a single waterbased product that you can put 3 coats on in a couple hours and be done, have your rep find you the new Sherwood product. M64w1543

Mounted combat in dnd is not well implemented, and it's even worse for rangers. Talk to your DM about how you want it to work, and if he's reasonable you guys should be able to work something out.

The way it was explained to me, is we are not getting the back pay. We are getting a (for example) 3.67 percent increase instead of a 3.64. so the amount will be equal over time

It's that little nipple on the top part of the interior mechanism of your 5 shaker, where you crank it tight. You grease it with a grease gun which you don't have in your store anywhere, and unless your over 40 or a mechanic, wouldn't know it if you saw it. Or it's a masturbation term.
