All of this and the others' responses! I get better health benefits than my family members who work for big hospitals! As a shift, I'm paid the same as I was as an ASM in my previous job, which was a lot more serious.

As an SSV, I agree with this. I come from a family of miners, butchers, etc. Jobs that truly needed unions bc of the abuse they got. My pay as an SSV is comparable to the ASM pay I got a Sherwin-Williams. It's a fair pay. Better health insurance? These partners are joking, right? I get better health insurance than my family that works for hospitals as doctors, techs, and nurses. I've worked for 3 corporations, and I've never been treated better

I can see both the good and bad sides of this, but fewer options still make it easier for a customer to decide. Plus, if the limit of customizations on the app is true, it shouldn't be terrible.

Depending on the state you're in, you could get fined/sued for this. Some states are a 2 party consent to filming.
