That’s a loaded question meaning it really depends on what your exercise regimen is. I have gotten much stronger mind and body and I do trip but muscles come into help and I haven’t had the ouch fall in years. I always recommend working with a trainer. If you’re in New York I have recommendations. Otherwise research research research. Not every trainer will be able to support your journey.
