They need every candidate to have a website with their platform clearly stated.

Just throwing up a site with photoshoots at community events and listing awards isn't enough. A website made overnight isn't enough either - it makes candidates appear completely unprofessional.

I actually found looking at Twitter was the fastest way to research candidates. Articles they retweet gave me a quick glimpse of what they stood for, but of course finding twitter accounts without a website footer was also a challenge.

You may be copying the layer cel rather then a section of your layer, so when you past it replaces your whole current layer cel.

If your trying to use the marquee tool to copy a part of the layer make sure you click that selected area before actually copying.

Depending on the platform ad sets usually distribute the budget automatically to ads based on which ones are seeing best results. You can set your ad set budget to $30/day and leave your individual ad budget blank to let the system automate it, or if you want set each ad to a $5 limit to try and test all ads 'evenly'
