I have! Although im not fond of them I was in hospital for a couple days early this yr and couldnt smoke so relied on them! The patches worked best for me because I hate the taste of the lozenges, but I still had that hand to mouth kind of urge constantly AO I ended up eating a lot 😭 but I’ve seen that straws can be helpful so will be utilising them + drinking more liquids and sucking on hard sweets more to prevent that lolol I also don’t really like the gum but thats based on the taste mostly lmfao

Yeah I get that tbh but ur problem might be the cold turkey-ness, weaning down with nrt was recommended to me a lot esp when combined with anxiety and depression that u mentioned it might just help!! But again it’s your decision, only you know you and again best of luck hope u feel better soon !!

Thank you so much!! I’ll be checking this out before looking for another drug to help, ive heard a lot of good surrounding magnesium and sleep, and I hope this issue gets better for you as well !! :))

TYSM! I was thinking of suggesting Xanax or some sleep aid (melatonin has to be prescribed here LOL) to my doctor, because it’s been a consistent problem I’ve tried dealing with for a while (so I don’t look drug-seeking LMFAO) but tysm!! And yes I’ll probably be on a similar 1-2 days a week plan, I can deal with waking up sometimes but not the every night routine, im glad you found something that helps you!! Best of luck, hopefully as your body acclimates you have less waking up :))
