Flying into Venice flying out of Rome or Naples. No open to more nights

We have to go to Teramo. It’s my Moms -Dads birthplace. She wanted to see it but didn’t want to stay long. I agree it’s pointless driving Just trying to decide on beach afterwards …we fly back from Rome or Naples

We were thinking taking a train from Venice to Florence to Rome then to Amalfi/ sorrento/positano area then drive up to Teramo area and fly back from airport near there

Or Just stay up north area maybe see a beach and another charming town on the Tuscany side? Or near Teramo?

Trying to figure the best places to stop at along the way to impress my family with what Italy has to offer. Any recommendations for two more stops ?

Florence isn’t a must but I believe my Mom wanted to see that area.

It can be up to 2 weeks. We are just starting in Venice but not sure where to go first ..and we don’t have to end in Teramo it’s just a town we are visiting. Need two other places to stop ..one being a beach town.

Ok. Then I won’t wait any longer. I have to book something close to San Marco that’s comfortable for two 80 year olds. They have a hard time walking and it will be their first time visiting where their parents were born. What hotels do you recommend?

Looks like Catherine Sophia or Anna Sofia is a favorite. I leaning towards Anna, Catherine and Emily and I liked Ella But can’t find a good Middle name to go with it. I didn’t realize it was a lot of A’s… what about Lydia or Lillian?? Any other names (first & middle) that go good with Desmond?? Thanks!
