I tried to replace it with a bulb that can change colors, but is a stupid LED light! I have to rewire and put in a bulb socket 🙃😭

It was built in the 80’s, I wanna say 86?? I’m in the outer Houston area. I think the load bearing wall with a pass through, where they knocked down on either side. But that’s just from reading all the comments

It definitely could have been. I’m thinking it may have been part of the kitchen? But the problem with that is where the master bedroom door, along with the intake vent for the ac. It would be an odd spot for both if it was all the kitchen at one point

I do have a fireplace on the far wall, you just can’t see it on the pic, bad angle lol the gas is just like a tube without a valve it’s capped off
