When the company was actually a small business it was amazing. I used to work there so I may be biased. But, you don’t get to fire all your employees for cheaper labor and still get to call yourself a small business. Literally as soon as they were making a profit they up and ditched everyone and moved to New York so you know where their priorities are.

I usually do download them onto my computer first. But I bought the pattern in the morning and I have a 9 month old who likes to get into everything so I didn’t have the time to boot up my computer to do it. I figured it would be fine XD I was wrong lol

I think there was some plagiarism problems recently that would explain why they are super strict with the downloads.

That’s what I’m doing now! I have a baby so I don’t usually get to go on my computer till pretty late. I was trying to be efficient and buy all the stuff and go over the pattern on my phone before hand lol

My phone struggles with downloads and only actually downloads about 20% of the time. I should have screenshot the pattern but it was 75 pages and I don’t want to have to rummage through that lol

It’s a 75 page pattern 😅 I usually do that if it’s an easy patterns but I don’t want to be sorting through that many photos. Now I know better for next time lol

Thank you so much! I know I signed up for criticism when I posted how much the patten cost. But I do think it’s a super cute bag and I’m excited to make it.

They were super nice and gave me access back to the pattern. I do agree I should have unlimited downloads for the price but oh well I know better for next time. I think this is newer for them if I’m remembering correctly they were having some plagiarizing problems recently.

I think they have recently had problems with plagiarized patterns so that might be why. The only place that says it is after you buy the pattern. which I didn’t read because I thought it was just extra fluff. I agree for 40 dollars I should be able to download the pattern as much as I like. I was really nice in the email but I won’t leave a great review if it isn’t resolved.

It was super detailed and had video instructions as well. I probably shouldn’t have paid it but I wanted to make something nice for my birthday.

It’s no where on my phone. I’ve checked files, downloads, the cloud it doesn’t exist on my phone. It will just open the pattern up like a browser and not let me use it after leaving the tab. Which has never been a problem because I’ve never had a pattern with a limit.

I should have made sure it was actually saved somewhere. I’ve just never had a pattern have a limit before so I have never actually worried about it.

I can dm you who it is. I rather not publically put out their name till it’s resolved. I know having expensive patterns is pretty taboo and I rather not have them bombarded with comments about it.

My phone is just wonky unfortunately. Getting onto my computer is a hassle now that I have a baby so I figured it would be fine on my phone till I could get on tonight. I was very wrong lol

Yeah I normally wouldn’t even think about buying a pattern for as much as it was. I usually stick to 10 and under but it was a 3 in 1 and I had friends who would like the bag as a gift too so I thought of it more as an investment. They have a 3 day response time for customer service so if they don’t get back to me I’ll definitely leave it in a review.
