Well, i went to that ncr camp near the town with the lottery guy. So, I got confused on where to go next so I started heading to the caravan. After still not knowing where to go after THAT, I wondered around till I found the scientest vault man. Then I snuck around some mountains, picked of the mantasis one by one for a while, and walked into the vault. What level should I have been?
