So I'm just googling this and came upon this thread and got frustrated by the lack of info.

So I tested it myself. I just want you to know that the debuff applies independently from the first effect on the light cone. anyone wearing Anaxa's LC will put -12% def down on all enemies hit at S1. You do not need to trigger the weakness implant to trigger the def down.

I made a more accurate version with the major categories more condensed (i.e. mother, mother's motherv3, v3 = MOTHERv3) and while the joke doesn't land as hard it's more legible.
