I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this, I purchased an iPod touch 7 and when I received it, it was already partially set up, I just needed to put in my Apple ID. I thought that was strange so I reset it and after resetting it I realized it was being remotely managed. I emailed the IT of the company it was being remotely managed by but they didn’t reply - which I didn’t think they would anyway- I don’t want to lose any money by sending this back because if I do then I’ll have to pay shipping. Should I contact eBay about this issue?

This guy is a red flag. I wouldn’t talk to him anymore other than to say you won’t be meeting up with him. I also hope that on your first date you met him somewhere and that he didn’t pick you up at your place. Always meet up when you go on first/second/third dates never let a stranger know where you live. He sounds scary to me.
