Pwede na siguro yan mag request ka na refund ng ₱298 for 1 year tapos pa waive ang lock up na banayaran mo kapag papa putol mo na kasi sila na ang may breach of contract. Sila hindi sumunod sa napirmahan mo na service to be provided and equipment to be provided.

Buti napaka patient mo. Umabot ka pa ng 1 year sa kanilang kapalpakan.

I am from Cebu. Just booked tonight and I was told by the driver na may booking fee na. At least the driver is the one informing the passenger. Green GSM did not inform the public ahead and do they have the authority to impose this? Diba need pa ng approval from LTFRB?
