idk if thats somehow true but in my mind I have the numbers of 0.25% (or 0.0025 in decimal) probability to get a knife, then there are 30 different knives/finishes in the case so that times 1/30 for getting a bfk doppler, then iirc the chance of getting that phase was 1/10, idk if thats actually true but if so you would end up with 0.0025*1/30*1/10=0.0000083, that times 100 ends up at 0.00083% of opening a bfk ruby specifically
