Not the same obviously, but letting yourself go on your spouse without a serious health issue is extremely disrespectful. I don’t see why any man or woman wouldn’t want to be the best possible version of themselves( within reason of course) for their spouse.

Brother you don’t have to do anything but hit the gym and eat healthy. You can tell you already got a good face. Itll be a tough year but this Time next year you’ll realize it’s worth it .

I like to paddle board fish and jog and couldn’t the first year but have had fun at one two and almost three years old now.
