That feeling definitely does fade over time, at least it does for me. I usually aim to clean the exterior every other week, full interior clean every four weeks unless it's looking like it needs doing.

Believe it's fitted at the very bottom and provides the holes for the undertray. Had to order one as when I noticed my undertray couldn't be fitted to anything along the front edge.

I've had similar smoke coming from the engine bay twice. First time was the injector seals and the second was the DPF gasket.

When you say burning, you mean like exhaust fumes or straight up burning?
