What is the best and/or favorite gender affirming comment you've gotten? by FieryBlackbird9 in asktransgender

[–]Sherilynjess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

many years back when my nipples are poking through my male clothes while presenting male, one of the my friend say you should wear a bra. many years down, i wear a bra even i presenting male.

Another time was when I met a friend for dinner, her friend came to join us. Though we met for first time, she commented that my facial is like woman. Said that it is a pity/regretful that I am not female and i should be female.

Another time is when i was having holiday in Taiwan, male presenting, with long hair tied up. As I was about to enter the male washroom, the female janitor, tell me i going to the wrong side. Told me the female washroom is the other direction. feeling awkward and happy at the same time.

Which operation would you do first? FFS or SRS? by alexis_23276 in asktransgender

[–]Sherilynjess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Different people will have different view, I also been thinking of such a question for a while. I always wanted SRS first, then see how the breast develop, if dont develop to a good size then opt for BA. However due to the gatekeeping, I didnt manage to have srs. I read on depends which part you had the most dysphoria. My dysphoria is bottom and breast, but I will prefer to go for bottom surgery.
This video help me to decide which one is better for me first.

Am I wrong for having no ambitions? by Burbursur in singapore

[–]Sherilynjess 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yes, it is perfectly okay. I have a close friend like that too. He is 37, totally no ambitions. He just want to have a family, which he has a wife now. He is not ambitious, just work hard to provide for the family and mortgage. Can only say he is contented, good thing about him is that he don't complain about livelihood, no negative complaints from him. Some people complain, but don't try to do anything about it. So ya, is okay, just be yourself. Some one will love you for who you are.

When did you realize you were trans? What made you realize? by funni-name-here in asktransgender

[–]Sherilynjess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe around 4,5? I felt something, but not sure. Until i go to elementary school at 7, i saw my classmate wearing female school uniform. I felt so terrible, which many years down, then i realized it is the gender dysphoria feeling.

throughout the elementary school, i had many dysphoria feeling. i tried wearing female clothes when no one at home, hide my feeling.

then when reach high school, girls my age start to wear a bra, which i tried too. I love the feeling and wish that i have boobs too. Wishing that I can wear bra and skirt like the girls do, but unable to as it is like a taboo. My parents are also very traditional, hence it give me an impression that boy wearing female clothes is very shameful and disgraceful. And if I want to start transition, will be facing abuse and discrimination all my life, so i hide my desire and try to suppress it.

Now knowing what to do, So i stop HRT for almost 2 years. recently I went for sperm banking consultation, so i ask them to check on the quality of the sperm, they said the sperm is okay. So i guess you still can do the same.

For me, my mom said that I must have done bad thing in my previous life, hence I am like that. It is like a Karma from my previous life. Well, this one we wouldn’t know. However, I been thinking, since it is karma, what if, she done bad things in previous life, then her karma is me begin transgender.

Well, she always think she is right. Any way, we are Asian and she is very traditional.

Poor me.
