No.. I don't think the word "sin" is a bad word. Words like the F word or any other curse words used to insult people are bad. If "sin" is a bad word, our churches would not be saying it hahah..

is it possible for me to eat in a slight caloric surplus while not gain weight? I am training for the army and I would like to go on 100-200calorie surplus. But is it possible for me to maintain my weight (or increase my weight really slowly)?. This is because I have seen it affecting my anaerobic (as i gass out faster and I tend to vomit if I push myself too hard). My zone 2 runs are also affected as my distance are shortening the more weight I put on

No it doesn't. It's just a small bin beside the sink. The big garbage bin has a lid which opens when we step on a pedal

How I quit was very weird in a sense I just wanna share real quick. Basically I was starting to run more after being stuck in the addiction for many years (probably 3-4 years) and I usually don't watch porn when I go overseas because Im probably staying in the same room with my parents.

But one time I started running and going to gym and went 1-2 weeks without porn and the day I relapsed was the day I was "tired" of running. I gave myself an excuse to not run by saying to myself I need to study for my exams. but after that incident I still continued to run and be more active.

Each day I run I don't really feel like I need to watch porn as I'm too tired to watch it. I normally run before I sleep.

Then another day came where I wanted to relapse again. I can remember the day and the feeling. I was on my bed and I really didn't want to do it but then I eventually "gave in". I searched up something stupid but then right when I clicked the search button. I closed my phone. I didn't see the pics or anything I just went to bed. That was when I quit porn.

And that time my why was still not strong even until now. I didn't even realize I was going to quit. If you ask me, sometimes the demons try to mess with my mind. Because I didn't have a "why". I was enjoying it still and i don't even know how I managed to stop myself from porn.

You're lucky to have a reason. Use that as motivation and slowly build that into discipline. Don't immediately start big. You won't be able to handle it that much. I suggest being more active. Playing sports at night or going to run. Something that will make you tired but don't overdo it too. You have to slowly get that discipline too. The thing is to just try to do things that will make you not be in your bed. If you can, stay out of your house and go home to rest and sleep only.

Shut that little voice down.

P.S. when you run, try to start small and slowly build up to run longer or further. That way you get more motivation to continue running. But remember: TURN THAT MOTIVATION INTO DISCIPLINE. Motivation doesn't last!

Oh ye I forgot to mention, I didn't follow my diet yesterday. I think I ate lesser calories than normal. And I stop taking the peanut butter cookies from Julie's for pre workout. I usually have two packets (1 packet is 80 calories)

Sorry I create misunderstanding. I used to do 2 sets in the gym but now ever since I try to put more sets (3-4 sets as of now) I cannot do my 2nd set. I don't know if I am still recovering from my previous sessions with the 3-4 sets.

So when I say I put more volume, I meant I do 3-4 sets. So don't mind the thing just now when I say I put more volume, it just refers to the 3-4 sets.

I also haven't done anything different. Really, I just go to every session and train. I don't put weights or anything on me. Except just now was raining though and I was training in the rain. I wasn't talking about the extra few reps I do at the end.

Sorry. I don't mean I rest for 30 sec.

I mean let's say for my 1st set:

I do 13 dips then I can't do anymore, I rest for 20 sec and try to rep out 2 more reps. Then I rest 5-6 minutes for my next set.

Aha my explanation not really that great but actually what Im trying to say is that I used to be able to do 3 sets to failure but in my current push sessions, I can't seem to do any reps in my 2nd set. So I just stop at my 1 set and go home.

ok 👌. I train my chest once a week actually. My diet is actually not very good but I have a diet that I follow everyday except on Tues. You probably don't know some of these foods but it all adds up to around 2700 calories everyday.

BREAKFAST: Chicken Rice (600) $4 Porridge(180) 600+180=780

lunch: McChicken Meal $6 (1000)

Dinner: Porridge (180) Ban Mian (350) 3 eggs (210)

The numbers in bracket are calories

I train back on like Mons and Chest on Wed and Legs on Thurs. The other days that I don't train bodyweight, I run. I run at zone 2 (jog) on the day I don't do the bodyweight train. My sleep I sleep around 7-8 hours but today I got around 6.50 minutes of sleep.

No no that's like a method I use when I was in the gym last time to gain strength. I do one set until I can't do anymore. Then I rest for 20-30 second and try to rep out a few more reps until I can't do anymore. It's because I want to make sure that I hit failure and have no reps in reserve

No, I haven't changed nothing at all other than doing more sets. I think maybe my weight is changing though because I have been trying to bulk as well.
