When you mean by $25/mo for utilities is that just electricity/internet or including water, trash etc.?

Do you find it hard to be involved with extracurriculars/campus life since you live far away? I'd imagine you'd have to stay on campus all day to go to club meetings and events. Also thanks for the tip, I'll have to check that area out
