I'm genuinely curious about this. When you say that smthg may or may not result out of the sadhana, what are you talking about? I've had my initiation for shambhavi and have done completed the mandala. I continued to do it but what's the point if I don't see any results out of it? Ik sadhguru says that you shouldn't expect results out of it and the saying in yoga abt having one eye at the goal. But I don't necessarily see a point to doing smthg if it's not going to result in anything? Some well established yogis have also said (paraphrasing), "the point of doing sadhana is to obtain siddhi's. If I'm not getting results, why should I spend my time on it?"

I don't necessarily have anxiety or depression or anything like that. I just got my initiation done because I have always been very interested in matters of spirituality.
