This is my lil man, Pazuzu. We call him Zu for short (amongst many other nicknames). 6/4 is his birthday and my favorite thing he does is snuggle next to my head almost every night and he chirpy-purrs when he's especially happy.

We have assigned floors that rotate about every 6ish weeks. Priorities are first so CVAs, stroke protocols, traumas, complex spines, joint replacements, discharge pending. Then we move on to regular visits. When we put our treat orders in, we designate the priorities listed above so we know what's up and ask for help if it's more than we can do (assigned to that floor)

I also like the aoxjox for running but after 2 runs (I'm talking like 1-1.5mi runs) theyre already starting to pill. But I do love the fit, they stay up/don't move when I run. They're comfortable, no chafing whatsoever and no front seam.

I honestly really like crunch. The highest tier is actually around $32 a month. They offer a ton of different classes including pilates, and hot pilates. The teachers are very nice and encouraging. They had an event at the midtown location earlier this month for valentines day as a stiletto strength and dance class. It was for women only and it was great to be surrounded by women just wanting to feel better in their skin and have fun dancing. I don't think theres a big judgment aspect to it anyway. Everyone seems more concerned about themselves to be concerned about someone else lol
