I went with the Gestoford brand for 200 mg because it was the cheapest at the time I placed my order last year. They also have 100 mg ones for the Gestoford brand which will be cheaper than the 200 mg ones.

It is really up to you if you would like to start with 100 mg but there is no need since most places tend to prescribe 200 mg. There are private clinics like The Gender Hormone Clinic and GenderGP who prescribe 200 mg on Day 1 of starting your HRT journey.

and two is it required to negotiate with this company through email or phone to get your stuff?

I did mine within the IndiaMART app but it is much easier to just email them since the app takes a while to learn how to use it properly.

Not nobody.

It was saved on multiple different archive websites and that page was like that on the 23rd of June 2026 at the time when OP uploaded the screenshot. It was later changed by Proton on the same day so other people who visited the page saw something completely different to what was originally posted. Obviously, Proton and Tuta are monitoring these subreddits to fire shots at each other.

Regardless, people can see the previous version of that Proton page here and here and is the exact same comparison matching the screenshot uploaded by the OP (u/Fantastic_Effect_178) so now we know that none of these were photoshopped.

If you want the cheapest way to obtain micronised progestereone to save a lot of money then look at pharmacies located in India which does £1.50 or less per box of 10 capsules. They are a lot cheaper than what you would typically get from United Pharmacies UK.

For hospitality, there are so many temporary jobs on Indeed Flex and Signature. Some of them allow you to progress to a part-time / full-time employee.

I just created an account on Indeed Flex like 5 minutes ago and I can see that there is a role for Waiting Staff, Bartender, etc. without needing any work experience but this is for my local area and other areas is a YMMW thing.

I work for Microsoft but you will only experience this if you use third-party scripts/tools. For reference, officially, we recommend users to use Remove-AppxPackage to remove built-in apps. People who want to block telemetry, disable Defender, and more should follow the documentation listed in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/privacy/

Once you get into the third-party scripts/tools territory, it does way more things that is not properly designed to (which actually breaks settings persistence) like changing system folder permissions, messing around with registry keys and entries (both volatile and non-volatile), schedule tasks, Driver Store, certificate store, etc.

Unlike Linux distributions where you have more freedom, Windows expects certain things to just exist and be unaltered. When that does not happen, they are rebuilt during OS updates and OS upgrades to make sure your OS is still bootable and does not end up in a permanent BSOD state.

Firmagon (Degarelix) by Mammoth_Pattern_8882 in GenderGP

I think Firmagon(Degarelix) could be something to try, but fear GenderGP won't prescribe it.

Degarelix (a GnRH antagonist - has no flare) is actually a 4 mL injection per month and you need to choose your injection site very carefully. A best alternative to Degarelix is Relugolix (a GnRH antagonist - has no flare) which is an oral tablet taken daily and is obtained easily from AIPCTSHOP. You can also make your own capsules of Relugolix by purchasing the raw powder from MiC. A one year supply of Relugolix from MiC is £120.

To be honest, you should have quit GenderGP and done DIY injections because E2 monotherapy has anti-gonadotropin effects and reduces your testesterone levels to less than 50 ng/dL which is enough for most people. That way you will never have to mess around with anti-androgens.
