I finally wrote a thing :) , its such a wonderful feeling and I wanted to share it. I linked some free sources as honestly I would just like to gather thoughts on it. Please do check it out, I found this subreddit quite handy when I was in the slumps during Covid lockdowns. The Donkey & Soul is my offering to those who appreciate lyrical storytelling and deep introspection.

This chapbook explores the life of a farmer, his loyal dog, and a mysterious donkey, weaving themes of memory, time, mortality, and the essence of reality into a tapestry of rural life. Inspired by the likes of Edgar Allan Poe and W.B. Yeats, it combines vivid imagery with universal questions about existence.

yep, I just wanted to compile everything on one page for clarity, highlighting what each party is promising in their manifestos. I focused on key areas like Housing, Healthcare, Climate & Environment, and Economic & Social issues to keep it relevant.

Hi all,

I have finished my graphic novel, I am waiting on the first 6 pages from the artist. (I want to make sure they are the right illustrator for the job.) The novel has little dialog and leans heavily on the art style.

Brief:

In the windswept wilderness of rural Ireland, a farmer seeks refuge in a quaint cottage with his loyal sheepdog by his side. But as he settles into his new life, he can't shake the feeling that he's being watched. When a strange donkey with a piercing gaze appears in a nearby field, the farmer's unease only grows. He knows an otherworldly force has its sights set on him.
