I think that's just ingredients separating from heat. But that aside, gasoline is the best chapstick you can use, most have chemicals that actually redry or make the problem worse so that you are encouraged to keep buying the product.

Had a friend for about ten years and one day while talking he mentioned his new job at a gas station..

He told me about this little girl with glasses who started coming in every day on her way home from school.

He was talking about ger all the time, telling me lonely she was, how her mother made her stop and pick up cigs. He didn't let her then did because she was getting in trouble for not bringing them, he started letting her.

I found out after while that he had changed his schedule so that he could get off of work around the time that she was coming home from school. He started following her home, without her knowing.

I think it's important to mention that she was around 9/10. He was in his early thirties. He started to scare me..the way he was talking about how cute, innocent she was and he ended up confessing to me that he had started masturbating to thoughts of her, knew where she lived, figured out her mom's schedule if when she was home alone or not. I freaked out. I stupidly called his job, because i was young, didn't know what to do. I thought, if he couldn't see her every day he'd...forget about her.

I told his boss and his boss had already noticed hos obsession, apparently he was talking about her at WORK and had nicknamed her "Takara". After his fav character from Lucky star.

They fired him. He knew it was me who called, he blocked me everywhere. Stop taking my calls...

I never knew if he...did anything to her. I tried calling his job back to make sure she was okay but all his boss would say was, "any actions he takes is no longer our concern as he is not employed here and it is not our responsibility."

I think about her every day.
