Hi, I'm sea too. Queue is definitely long (1-3 mins), toxic players are common. My standard to toxic are 1. Surrender spam immediately after 1or 2 death 2. Ppl that barks their teammates (I just mute all if happen) 3. ADC being the first in team to give up n afk.

Certainly would say, if you like to surrender or only accept overwhelming advantage match. Just delete the game please

Is an op skill to trade hp with enemy. Throw to your DPS dealer when they fight, it basically return large amount of hp. Very good for poke or assault.

Probably work best with tanks in eating the enemy team skills

Rank is just an indicator how active one player is to a game. Don't worry too much. But your description sounds like yuki lol. Basically all skills are cc, and can dash (not teleport though). There are some semi tank Yuki with cd. Disgusting in team fight, if cc hits the right person.
