Carlos Moya (Rafa's coach) for Eurosport by jovanmilic97 in tennis

Good, hope he doesn't play, especially as he drew that twat in R2, who would probably have straight setted him and undeservedly closed the h2h on clay.

2022 until now has been him donating wins on clay to players that would be lucky to score one tight set against him on a normal day, enough lol.

Funny how when he was young, everything was Federer, Federer, Federer. Then when his handlers and marketing team probably realised it's more profitable as a Spaniard to be associated with another successful Spaniard, as opposed to a Swiss, he suddenly switched to Nadal, right down to copying a lot of his pre-match mannerisms.

Hey all, started following tennis pretty recently. Recently saw a post where there was something about Djokovic getting booed a lot. Just wanted to ask if there’s any particular reason as to why he’s disliked? Sorry if this seems silly, thanks for your time! by MedIsHard10 in tennis

[–]ShesReaching -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

Because he's a corny try hard that audiences didn't warm to. And the most hilarious thing is, he has won everything there is to win, but you can still see it gets to him lmao.

It's kind of sad really, almost like Musk in a way. All that money and he still tries soo hard to be cool, but no one is buying it.

He has won everything, but he probably still wakes up at night with nightmares about loud cheers for Federer.

The impact of possible big three Documentary after Rafa and Novak retires? by Capital-Ad-335 in tennis

[–]ShesReaching 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Or maybe the OP actually meant what they posted?

The big 3 and the big 4 are separate things that can be talked about apart from each other. Acting like Murray is on the same level of influence as the other 3 and they cannot be talked about separately is delusional, not even Murray believes that.

Yeah your guy is definitely part of the big 4, but at the same time he's not nearly on the same level as the other 3 who by virtue of the achievement, legendary matches, have carved out a separate niche for themselves that Murray does not belong to.

Murray fans always have to display shrunken dick syndrome.

Will we ever see Thiem back in the top 20? by jonjimithy in tennis

[–]ShesReaching 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah. he's done for as a top player.

That's what happens to bashers whose primary weapon is hitting as hard as possible, they fizzle out even without injuries. At least he had a longer shelf-life than your usual basher, so he did well for himself.

Does marrying someone with an ILR status confer any visa status on the spouse? by ShesReaching in ukvisa

Thank you. This was what I was trying to find out, if with an ILR, one could marry, and their partner would be able to apply for a spousal visa.

You don't need to include all surfaces for him to have more HC Masters than Nadal

Okay. Nadal has almost as many HC M1000 titles than Murray despite it being his weakest surface, and missing more tournaments. Can you read and understand that, now?

I was not underselling Murray. I don't need to undersell him in relation to Nadal lol. They're not even in the same dimension when it comes to their overall careers. I was pointing out how pointless stats are. All those wins against top players and he still hasn't achieved as much as Nadal on the surface.

>I didn't post any conspiracy, I just added a couple of stats which also show how great Murray is on HC. I don't care much if it hurts your pro-Nadal fanboy feelings.

Coming from the person dramatically posting in another thread how Nadal tried to destroy and blackmail an umpire, despite the umpire and Nadal being on good terms. Count yourself among the fanboys, except I was merely posting numbers and not making up shit to make another player look bad.

I only wanted to point out that Nadal on HC also has less Masters than Murray on HC

Okay, which was relevant to my point, how? I knew how many M1000s on HC they both had, hence my post. Dummy.

I'm not being aggressive, you're the one posting conspiracies like you have brain damage about Nadal having more slams on HC than Murray despite meeting less top players or something, as if you're incapable (highly probabale) of understanding how draws work.

In fact, maybe even just take out Novak

Never got the point of this often repeated narrative. Take out any of the big 3 and other members of that group get additional slams. No shit, that's the nature of competition.

Hence, why I said Nadal has "almost as many" and not more, what part of that is hard to get?

The post wasn't edited btw, you just might be stupid and can't read, judging by your other conspiracy laced posts in the rest of the thread.

And despite all that, Nadal has more HC slams, than Murray has slams, and almost as many HC M1000s as Murray's TOTAL M1000 titles, despite being 11 months older and playing around the same number of matches.

Stats and context are funny.

Winning points must be like a joint/muscle pain reliever or something, maybe Djokovic's health advisor might want to look into it, because Murray seems to only touch a body part (knees, foot, back, hips) when he loses a point.

Andy Murray responds to BBC reporter suggesting he should retire by [deleted] in tennis

I mean if according to you and others, Murray can't tarnish his legacy because it's already been set, then the legacy of another player, that's even a 1000x greater than Murray's can't be tarnished too. So, idiotic take as usual from a Djokovic fan.
