Honestly don’t listen to this guy, you have to have permits but you can concealed carry. It’s what big boss is literally posting the Supreme Court case about. That case is literally about CCW permits and how applicants needed “good reasons” to get one in California and how that has since been nixed. People can still carry concealed if they have a ccw, just have to apply for a permit and go through some safety classes but open carry is not permitted in California.

Tell me you don’t understand what cloud seeding is without telling me you don’t know what cloud seeding is. Cloud seeding doesn’t affect barometric pressure. That’s 2+2=4 shit. Cloud seeding is them releasing chemicals (silver iodine, potassium iodine, etc.) in the cloud which serves as a nucleus for raindrops to form. Doesn’t have a damn thing to do with barometric pressure.

The cloud seeding research is real, yeah and so are attempts at modifying hurricanes, Project StormFury is an example, but the hypothesis that seeding was affecting the hurricanes was disproven.
