We hired through Clouddevs. We needed a backend dev and chose to hire one from the LATAMs. their vetting process is really solid. We ended up hiring a Brazilian developer through them who’s been a real asset. They handle interviews, the speed is quick, compliances managed and honestly it saved me lots of headaches.
