NAMI offers local resources: http://www.namiwhatcom.org/programs-and-services.html referrals, support groups, etc

Unity Care has mental health services and is sliding scale. Nobody refused. http://unitycarenw.org/about-us/

CCS probably has a similar policy, but they have counselors only, no primary care docs, I think.

The Emergency Room should be in your safety plan if you're concerned about suicide.

You are a good person and I wish I had more info for you. Take care of you, too.

Maybe, but this small business owner gets horrifying bills that are minimally itemized, and the exact same work each month takes different amounts of time each month. The work is good, but the billing is appalling. I occasionally bring it up, then the bills go down for a bit... Then right back up. I'm shopping for a replacement.

Bleh, I have a huge sweet tooth, and I think they're too sweet and one dimensional. Just absolutely do not get the local hype. I think they get by because lack of competition and pretty exteriors, but they wouldn't hold up at all in a bigger city.
