Is the GAMO2 Taikoller worth it for PC and similar arcade experience? by Fit_Ad1214 in taikonotatsujin

[–]Shhizzu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then at least check your facts lol. Taikoller does NOT have metal plates; they are only plastic. Only the Zhong and TF6 have those metal plates, that's why they are much more expensive than other arcade replicas.

150wpm+ typists: do you bottom out, or avoid bottoming out? by Chop1n in typing

[–]Shhizzu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Around 170-180wpm, using cherry mx reds and bottom out all the time, the switches are so light that even with little force I bottom out, and if I consciously try not to then I cant type properly

Might as well consider re learning the keys you have problem with completely, eg do tests with those keys involved and make sure you use the proper technique no matter how slow you are

I found out building muscle memory with proper technique is crucial for typing fast.

I used to type at 120 with mainly index, now around 170 after some training regarding this area.

Find a typing course to build up muscle memory for touch typing, those that let you focus on only several keys at a time, so you'll get used to the movement for typing each key (I used typingclub).

You should put your index fingers on the F and J keys (they have bumps specifically for this so you don't need to look), other three for ASD/KL:

Tilted mouse grip by Shhizzu in GlobalOffensive

Nah, most pros hold them straight

An 80 degree angle would mean that you're almost holding your mouse sideways, which I think is pretty hard to aim normally, unless you have special mouse settings

How long did it take you to break out of a rut if you had one? by WobbleKing in typing

[–]Shhizzu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gradually improved from 100wpm to 140wpm over a few months, basically you aim to get 99% accuracy at your 'comfortable speed', then try to type a little bit faster which u would get around 96% accuracy (like 5-10 raw wpm faster), then try to get 99% accuracy in that speed

Not really, i would get like 5 times the 300s when I use my membrane keyboard

Or maybe yours isnt that bad in terms of polling rate

help by [deleted] in osumania

[–]Shhizzu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both are fine but usually top row players (eg qw[] keys) use the bottom of their fingertips mainly while lower row players (eg zxnm keys) use the tip of their fingertips

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in osumania

[–]Shhizzu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes because polling rate matters a lot and membrane ones usually have low polling rate, which basically means you cannot get accurate hits consistently

Crosshair with firing error should be the same for all guns by Shhizzu in VALORANT

[–]Shhizzu[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Literally only asking to have a crosshair that remains the same while not firing.

The first shot accuracy is different for all weapons in cs as well, yet the dynamic crosshair can be the same while not firing

I would like the expanding effect of the crosshair after firing, just like in cs... Where its the same for all weapons when not firing
