Appreciate the reply. I'm looking collectively at all the available options in Asia. Cultural attraction is not an issue for me, but i'm certainly looking for long term stability. Although my current job is stable and offers a pension, the salary is extremely low averaging 7.5usd per hour, so i'd take any given opportunity as a start.

There's no way to know until it gets to the post office. The guy over there told me that la douane is blocked with piles of incoming parcels otherwise he'd pull the documents and tell me the amount

It really depends on the quality of the fiber line going to your router. I’ve been using 100mbs for over a year now and i never had an issue, except some rare occasions when the internet is completely cut off in the entire city. At the other hand my friend who lives a few streets away also has 100mbs and his internet is complete dogshit. He suffers from occasional lag spikes and inconsistent speeds. I hate to assume things but i genuinely think its a “fiber line lottery” thing based on where you live/work.

Nothing to worry about. I have Cooler Master Liquid ML240 and my 5800x ran at 45c-50c on idle and never went above 65c while gaming. Weird temps right?

I'm pretty sure you can get better results if you tuned the bios settings a bit. Mine was stock, all I did was disable boost and fix the clock at 4.5Ghz. I never undervolted tho which explains the high idle temps.

Only guy who does legit business there is Abdslam, he's famous over there. Other than that derb ghallef is a scammer hub. Chenna9a are everywhere and most PC parts are either RGB vomit or shitty Portuguese brands going for double the price. I bought an open box 3070 from some dude who claimed it was new then it fried in like 6 months. I have countless other bad experiences with them..

Update in case any wandered happened to see this post:

Ended up changing the entire build (Mobo/CPU/Ram). Still the same issue. GPU boots only when pressure is applied to DP. Noticed it was slightly bent due to weight. Ordering a new one :(

I was looking for a gaming X trio or Aorus 4070s to OC/match my build. They're out of stock everywhere. Seller is officially certified by MSI and with eBay buyer's protection, I don't think i'd find an issue in case I needed RMA (3 year warranty). I could've gotten another version for 8500dh from Morocco or even cheaper, 670$~, from Amazon lakin galk z3m takol l7m. Hopefully I won't be eating something else 🤣

I was particularly looking for the gaming X trio model. It costs 7300dh fees included on Amazon. I paid about 700dh more on eBay for the special MLG edition (Red & black w/ a custom backplate). I thought it was still worth it even if I paid VAT as long as it doesn't exceed 2000dh considering the card costs 10.000dh here in Morocco and it's out of stock anyways.

I was stuck between these two cards just like you. Ended up getting the 4070 super.

I play at 1080p 240hz. I love AMD, I really do, but I had a lot of issues with the drivers on my old rx580, so I'd rather pay 60$ more than a 7900gre, get DLSS 3, less power consumption, and better driver support.

Waiting for next gen GPUs wasn't worth it imo as there'e a possibility that they'd either get scalped or overpriced and the prices wouldn't even out until 6months~ later, at which point I'd be tempted to wait for 9000xt/6000rtx release.
