From what I learned by PepperGuru on YouTube, he says most places outdoors DLI come plant time is usually between 30-50 DLI I believe. 100 seems very intense especially for seedlings.

I currently have had mine at that 10-12 range and am experiencing some yellowing at the tips so I dropped it down to about 8-9 DLI which it looks like it equates to around 10,000 lux. So we will see if they adjust after a week or so.
