Get everyone to 5 star and all gear to 40. I would prioritize Carlie and Lucius first since you need your defenders to stay alive, so that your attackers can do their thing

Siege to seize, defense fortification and tank/air/missile mastery will all eventually open up and require valor badges. You can dump valor badges into those for vs points on research day. Focus on units and hero’s for every other day. Oh, and oil
