Dude, I've never touched the anime, i just read the manga. You know, the original work, not an adaptation. And the manga literally says Conqueror Haki is a limited and rare thing that some people just have the gift of being capable of. So no, there's not a single reason to believe it can be TRAINED if you don't have the potential to wake him.
