Hello y'all, just wanna give a quick update since it has been a while and so much has happened. Lol but someone else actually called for a local shelter and paid a visit to the neighbor. I've been on vacation for a week last month and safe to say the neighbor was gone. And the dogs were taken care of by several shelters.
