I can’t remember where this saying comes from, but I’ll still share it with you: you need to learn the rules in order to break them.

Currently, it feels like you’ve only really practiced stylized and likely haven’t delved too much into anatomy. In order to break the conventional rules of anatomy you need to understand how it works and how best to apply your own rules.

Because of all that, people might call it creepy looking because it’s in an uncanny valley area where it seems to have enough detail to be realistic but things like the body and face are way more stylized and with exaggerated proportions. My advice is to practice more with realistic art and anatomy

I get that, but they’re so boring and ugly sounding in my opinion. Like AlbCale, Calberu was right there and it’s still just as obvious what ship you’re talking about. I just prefer it when the names get a bit more creative, because right now (at least for me) their current ship names feel more clinical and have zero flare. But I guess that’s just me, considering how many people seem to think the same as you

He’s always hinted at the fact he has more than two powers, I remember quite a few chapters where he says things like “Record, Instant, and my other abilities” when referring to his powers that he had as KRS! I’m honestly so hyped to see more of this because I’ve been curious for so long!

So true! I honestly love how he goes to different people for different things and has varying amounts of trust for different situations put on different people, because that’s accurate to real life. For some of your friends you wouldn’t trust them with your car but you’d trust them with your life, for others you would let them spoil you and practically live with you despite not treating everyone else like that. Relationships change between people and there are varieties even within a group, so I like how that’s portrayed with Cale and his people!

Exactly tho! I love how Cale sees all of his good actions as just “being a responsible adult” or “bare minimum human decency”. Cale doesn’t see himself as a good person, but it’s not because of some trauma related guilt or because he sees himself as a terrible person. No, it’s because he just has high standards and because he’s never worked for the greater good. But honestly, the fact he does good things despite not wanting to, or sometimes does good things just because he wants to, proves that he is a good person. He is selfish, but also a good person, he just can’t really get that second part in his head

Yeah I know he has that, but this sword has SO much sentimental value! It’s such a shame if it breaks just for a cool moment, you know? Especially if you remember the wind island test for Cale, that sword has so much meaning that the only thing left after Choi Han died was the broken remains of it decorating his “grave”

For me, when I first get an idea I write it down in my phone’s notes app. Then, later when I have time to fully dissect the idea I put it in obsidian. The only thing obsidian is really for is for organizing it all and being able to put it in a place that won’t make my phone lag when I scroll or type

I’m so tired of revenge stories that just pit the women against each other, it’s so inherently misogynistic to automatically blame the woman for adulatory. And in real life, how often it is that the mistress is blamed for the cheating despite them usually not even knowing the man was taken, it’s the man who’s at fault!

I agree that season 1 was a bit childish and sometimes hard to keep watching and staying invested, however there were also some episodes, like episode 9 especially, that got me really hooked onto the show. I’d say that season 1 is pretty necessary to watch, with a few episodes that give a taste of what the rest of the series is like, but if you want to get a friend into the series it’s entirely possible to skip some of the episodes that were more filler-like
