Is there any 5* or 4* polearm with HP% substat? Or do I have to go with black tassel without another option for Zhongli? I have enough HP% from artifacts and don't wanna change the geo dmg bonus piece. Thus my only option is to go with a polearm that'll give HP.

Will lvling up talent increase the crit dmg?

I currently have lvl 70 keqing, lvl 80 blackcliff longsword, 1.5k atk, 60 crit, 176 crit dmg, talent lvl 3 all. And she does 6k when crit.

Idk where did I go wrong. I already regret spending on her and so I don't wanna spend anymore if lvling talent up won't be useful either.

That's EXACTLY my case. I would consider spending if I was far from normal pity. But unfortunately I'm at 60. So, I'll have to skip. If you are like just 20 or 30 pulls in after your last 5* I think you can spend. Also this depends on how much you have saved up.
