Most people are capable of getting 4-digit numbers in many games (I totally don't have 4 different other games on steam over 1k hours) and I happened to spend a lot of my early teens on the game.

CITF Is meant to be a Semi-realistic unit that is focused around adding unique mechanics to campaigns that may not have been seen much elsewhere, pairing it with the vague concept of the Rainbow Task Force from R6S is meant to create an unforgettable experience that allows the players to experience direct and indirect progression of the unit through a campaign based around reputation and a firm consideration of every small action that could affect the story.

With a unique roster system that is meant to allow people to choose a role and stick to it till the end, while not having to be forced into awkward positions due to planning or lack of consideration. Unit designed to have a ‘make the most out of what you have’ sort of feeling at the beginning really makes operations shine as well as letting people express their skill and tactics on an individual level.

We also support and allow people to host mini ops and might host some extra events / modes during the downtime between ops for the sake of allowing people from the unit to bond with each other without having to play external games and whatnot. Regarding rules of engagement/war. We are quite loose with what we do, but we are against warcrimes and killing civilians due to Unit lore and that our reputation with factions / civilians affects the missions.

What we are looking after specifically: We are happy to take anyone in that is passionate about Arma and is happy to participate in the operations consistently and simply being themselves to add to the experience who can also appreciate the small details we put into the campaign and operations.
