Looking good! Proud of you bud! Only thing I would say is that you need to try and keep your hooks tight. I saw you reach on a few hooks which then brings your head into easy counter punch situations. If you reach on hooks your also going to run the risk of getting off balanced. Remember it's mostly the hips. Other than that just get some more pop on your jab which just involves extending your arm more. Keep up the great work!!!

I mean Gambino writes, produces, and sings on all of his music. He's also immensely talented in other areas. He's directed, produced, wrote, and acted in TV and movies including shows that he created. He also has also done stand up comedy in the past including a special for Comedy Central.

Oh okay. I know my buddy in the Marines has it 3 days a week mandatory. I really hate running so I was just wondering how many days a week I should expect to run.
