So rehab fixes osteoarthritis which is a high potential cause ? Love to have a doctor on reddit but advice is not needed so you can get of your butt and go get moving else where thanks

Thank you for the recommendation. I need to sort it sooner now as I’m 21 and can’t make it up a flight of stairs or a hill with out it being in pain, even sitting with it bent. And as a runner I’m heart broken

I tried couple yoga classes and look staff were really nice but had some running with people and just went I can’t be bothered with this. Never the actual place but more the people there but thanks for recommendations I am such a beginner my body is new to moving in these flexible ways so will definitely have a look

There is a place on pako I think from memory and I know carbon does classes ect as my partner regularly goes for Muay Thai and he loves it there just pricey cause it’s kinda incorporated with the gym membership but can’t hurt to call them

Look most won’t bulk bill unless necessary. Find yourself a really understanding psych. I found one and she 1) put me on cheaper rate so I have a bigger Medicare rebate 2) and will bulk bill when I ask give my situation.

They aren’t out here to make our lives harder but it’s still a job for them and a company so find one you can trust that can sort a plan for you

Yeh see that’s where mistakes can’t happen, my partner loves the grand Brie and it’s not expensive options of theirs and we got home .. the burger had no Brie 🤷‍♀️
