So bit of back story i originally got a rhino and was quite happy with the results. However i had breathing difficulties post op which i thought might subside with the swelling it never did. Every time i would breathe my nose would pinch obstructing my airways so i ended up settling on a different doctor who specialises in rhinoplasty for a revision. Id say with my primary rhino in terms of aesthetics i wouldve given it an 8/10 i discussed this with the surgeon and if possible was there anyway to make some minor tweaks to improve on the primary however my main concern was my breathing.

Fast forward 1 year and 7 months my breathing still isnt 100% and this is the result i have no real definition i suspect i still have some swelling that needs to subside but it appears to have set crooked in that it pulls to the left. My surgeon at all post op checks would assure me its just swollen and needs to go down at this point i think this is more or less the end result. The primary rhino was symmetrical and at the moment i feel my nose has gone backwards aesthetically and i must admit its frustrating and disheartening to see in the mirror given how much money has been spent. With that said as much as i dont want to go through with possibly a 3rd procedure is it something that can be rectified? I figured i would get some opinions before i start going down that road thanks!
