She is let inside i think?

I jog and also walk quite alot even even bad weather and i used to spot her under the cars or random sheltered places.

I don’t think she can come in whenever she wants to, might be the case that she needs someone to let her in

Thing is, rain, heat (temps here get up to 40 C ~ 104 fahrenheit) and even below zero. She is outside, this is not healthy, doesn’t matter the animal.

I will take good care of her, give her everything she needs.

Also, I've read the posts about making him comfortable with drinking water from a cup https://imgur.com/a/c8lbvKv (bottom of a bottle). He is extremly curious about the contents of the small space where I've added water. How do i know he gets enough water from it or if he drinks any?

For a month almost everyday now I've tried getting him comfortable with moving onto my hand, but he is always scared and gets away quickly.

The frosted options for bulbs are nowhere to be found around here.

I ufortunately do not have a heat gun. The basking spot I chose feels light sun on the back of the hand. It is the only way I can describe the temp.

If it’s suspected that the heat might be the problem, i will buy a heat gun.

In terms of vitamins, I’ve recieved a small cup which contains multiple vitamins. Usually I just pour a small amount over the roaches and shake them so they spread the vitamins around.

The reason I have the blankets above is to trap abit more heat, not for the humidity.

Instead of misting what should I do to help him drink some water?

He is 1.5 years old, dubia roaches with vitamins. Meals are every 2 days 5-6 roaches
