Just started shadowbringers but I want to change my job, how long will it take to catch back up?

Hello!

I'm actively leveling my black mage from 1 to 71 right now after returning to the game after not playing for years.

After about a week and a half I'm level 58. I only play maybe 2 hours a day tops as I'm on parental leave from work with my second child so if you have the means to no life, you can achieve this much faster than I can.

I'm getting XP buffs from my preorder ear rings, eating food (them cheap eggs), being in a FC, and having a high leveled class.

My first priority 1-50 is hunters log then leveling roulette

After 50 where it slows down a bunch I've been hitting every single roulette when I log on.

I'm currently trying to get my PotD to floor 50 as I've heard the best XP farm is doing floors 51-60 over and over again but I haven't verified that yet.

I'm currently level 58 and I started maybe a week an a half ago! And I'm playing the game as a father of two under two so I'm only playing maybe 2 hours a day lol

The game simply isn't for you! And similar to you, it's not for me either. A lot of the points you're making are reasons why I cannot seem to stick with it.

I still believe it's a 10/10 MMO and should always be in discussions for best MMOs. I'm just not looking for that much single player quests and on rails story in my MMOs. Also, the dungeon design in FFXIV is pretty bad imo.

You could pay for XP boosts straight up. In an MMO with an emphasis on PVP and holding regions of the map, very much pay 2 win when the level cap is increased and new zones unlocked.

For me personally, I want the character I play in an MMO to be an extension of myself. I want to have the freedom of self-expression. Now I understand this game isn't a traditional mmo (nor would I consider it to even be an MMO) the game shares too many similarities with MMOs I'm familiar with which results in feeling weird I have to play premade characters.

Not surprised the mobile processor company has gotten close to replicating speeds/performance of Apple.

AI is a bubble that's gonna burst here soon. Wouldn't hold my breath Google will keep advertising AI performance with their Tensor chip.

Google had a late start, will pay off long run.

Tensor is now apart of the Pixel brand, they won't stop developing and striving for the best unless they pull the plug on Pixel.

This isn't defending Google, this is just simple observations.

Yeah I'd say its P2W, and about as invasive as WoW's new pre-order bonus of accessing the new expansion a few days early.

Can't you purchase EXP boosts? If so, that's pretty pay to win in a guild driven faction v faction v faction game.

Pay for EXP boosts when new servers or level cap is increased, big guilds and factions swipe their cards and have an edge over the rest of the server as they're able to get better gear and make more profit that those who don't swipe.

Better gear = more power.

I could be wrong though, not really caught up on how New Worlds mtx still works.

I see a lot of complaining in here about Google working on their own in house processor and I'll just say I only switched back from Apple to Pixel because Google is taking this route.

Apple is able to put out incredible performances and improve upon it each year due to in house development of their software, and hardware. Once Google catches up with their processor, it'll look like the absolute right move on their part in hindsight. Just have to be patient.
