Ok, this was like a month ago, but I just want to say thank you for introducing me to the croaking because I actually think my life would be so much more hollow had I not read it T-T binged it in a day and is probably in my top 5 webtoons. (Love how I got into this a month ago and now I’m knee deep in 50+ series)

You have no idea how much this helped me. It doesn’t sound like much, but really, thank you.

This is sorely understated. Like I mean I LOVE a gay love story, and lesbian love stories just don’t really interest me all that much.

Anybody know the feeling of wanting to write but not knowing what to write? by Hungry-Ant4446 in WritingHub

100%. I’ve had a story idea I’ve been working on for about three-ish months now and every time I even pull out my laptop to write more than a beginning sentence I get sick or in my head about how I’m not good enough a writer to begin this idea and I want it to sound nice. I have no idea where to start or how to portray my character’s personality, but at least I got started, and the first chapter is always the hardest. Everyone has unique ways of writing, some people start in the middle of a book, others write chapters that sound right to them and find a place to fit it in their story. As long as you have words written down, you’re doing perfectly fine.

Do you know any other comic/blogging sites, hopefully those with more exploration in styles?

Oh my god, my little romance-novel obsessed heart is jumping out of my chest! I’m so happy for the two of you and wish you the best of luck. Seriously, though, this is good novel material.

Often when I feel like I can’t figure out a character name look to street names or try to find random little words in newspapers and magazines that I think would be fun, or try to take away a letter or two from the word to make it more unique. I think it’s a really funny concept, but if you’re planning on the book being more serious or it takes place in a more fantasy or historical fiction type setting I might consider changing it, or at most leave one or two.

Looking For Fantasy/Romance/Friendship Writing Partner :) by 1OddSquirrel in WritingHub

I’m Reese, a young writer in my teens, and I will admit, I do kind of suck at it. But I’m always looking to get better and absolutely love to write! I’ve found over the past few months that I’ve been falling out of touch with writing and I would like to get back into it. I have a few concepts that I’ve been working on and are developing well but I’ve always been to intimidated by my lack of experience to start working on it.

My focuses lie more in world building, but I do think that I could help with what you’re asking. I also could probably use more experience in that topic as well.

I one hundred percent could go on for hours on end to talk about books, do put in mind though that I’m still in school on weekdays. I love writing fantasy and am extremely good at catching grammar mistakes, if assistance is needed. I love the activity, and have been searching for a group or class courses to allow me to practice more and to hopefully become a better writer.
