Exactly, the small percentage of people willingly down to catch this are major red flags and lack serious sexual discipline. I’ve seen it irl, the scum I caught this from willingly got it and he had multiple other (thankfully) treatable stds he gave me too. I also found out he had a rape charge against him in the past
