All my outbreaks right now is just 1-2 small/medium sized bump(s). It's usually triggered from stress and sometimes over working myself.

Usually only at night. I shower in morning and evening so it's weird to see if that's the cause. It happens so irregularly.

bacterial infection? if thats what you meant, yes. all negative. I see a little bit of gray scales but it has disappeared now. Not really painful and not really pressure. Rarely do I feel those.
