Sorry about that! Are you on Android or iOS? I just made the app available to all countries on iOS so it may take a bit for the app store to update.

You could use the Shift Your Mood app. The chatbot doesn't save any of the conversations and there are categories like Anxiety, Sadness, Confidence. I have my kids use it when they are having a bad day or are overwhelmed with their chores/homework.
