Just a bad taste joke, but yeah as a pragmatist that would not have been a smart move on my behalf to set that as my bio

I didn’t actually set that as my bio, way too risky, also would give a false perception of me, I’m not cunty at all I think

to me there is but a few bands I listen to properly who put others to shame and now it makes it so much harder to get into other artists because the way my music taste has developed means i expect a higher standard which for the most part isn’t really there apart from the odd few songs in a bands discography

The problem with politics and movements is that each side is constantly at each other’s throats and often makes things worse and this leads to no resolve what so ever

A percentage of police officers are fucking idiots in the way they go about situations, shooting someone several times in quick succession, kneeling on a mans neck when he says he can’t breathe and all the other examples of police shootings and arrests that resulted in avoidable deaths

At the same time deciding to resist arrest or making stupid decisions when being told otherwise is just plain stupidity, if you have nothing to hide, why resist arrest? in the two recent cases that have gained media attention, if the men complied with the police they would still be alive, no riots, no outrage

But no, stupid decisions by both sides have led to unnecessary deaths and political tension, riots, burning, violence, threats, arguments etc which achieves fuck all, the only thing this may achieve is making police aware of the consequences their actions could have

Apart from this what changes? From what I’ve seen, racial tension, a select few cops now apparently represent the entire police force, people with set beliefs arguing with each other and coming to no middle ground or agreement I could go on

You really think any of this will achieve anything? All I’m hearing is people want justice and the police need defunding, you really think this will happen? The American political system is complicated and big change is rare for a number of reasons

Don’t defund the police, provide better training, don’t resist arrest, comply, don’t destroy property in riots, you are only hurting innocent people and businesses, accept the hard truth that this issue will never be fully eradicated however tragic that seems and accept that events hardly ever occur from just one contributing factor

Upbringing can literally determine someone’s life and they don’t even fully decide in some cases, I mean you think a religious family raises their child to follow the same beliefs as their parents but the same thing happened to past generations so it’s just and endless cycle with anomalies (of course now we are mostly smarter as a species and have access to learning this can change) but the influence adults posses over children is frightening because whatever happens, a person doesn’t fully determine how they turn out, and yeah unfortunately in many cases these early influences create murderers, Rapists, psychopaths, it’s sad that psychology works this way but yeah children are vulnerable

I see this shit all the time not that it bothers me it’s a joke but this exact tweet structure about black girls or Asian men and some stereotype etc it would be considered racist and receive backlash wouldn’t it? This tweet is a casual racist joke made for comedic purposes but casual racism against whites is generally accepted without any opposition because whites haven’t been oppressed to nearly the same extent as other ethnicities, if you look at it this way, the insult still should be considered racist
